- TAE ADf selected draft. re canvassing the Caribbean port of Barranquilla, on the Magdalena River in Northern Colombia, Rcvd letter from JV Magallon [[possibly mispelled name, try Magdelena ]. "Its nature is such that it would be an injustice to all concerned to attempt quote a price for apparatus to to give an unknown result the letter is to vague." This is about Baranquilla, Colombia. TAE says needs things like detailed map showing position of street maps and houses, along with number of lights and average hours lights used. Also prices of various items like coal, water, lumber and so on needed to build and run a plant. Sends as sample plan of Danville, PA. xxx maybe select; good account of canvassing work dh 11feb03 xxx
