I want to write a letter to a lawyer in Bunos Aires givng him power of attorney in my name to apply for permission from municpality to lay tubes in the streets ( all) of Buenas for the distribution of E. for the Light & P . I don’t know how to do it can you help me out. Edison signed in his own hand. # attached re desiring to get power of attorney for lawyer in Buenos Aires.
