Letterhead of Shanghai Cotton cloth Mill company # thank you for your letter I will send you a set of plans from here as soon as I settle everything. I cannot get the mill ready for your lights untill next autumn so ther will be plenty of time. A company is working the Brush Light for the street here it is very unsatisfactory.
