[Letterhead of Electric light; written from SF] Ronaldo Pacheco, ex governor and Congressman of California leaves tomorrow for the City of Mexico and will visit in Dec. I have given his letter to Eaton. The major has requested the best system of of electric lighting for the that city . There is already arc lighting in the city but the gov. does not know which system it is. Please write to him immediately and refer to reps there and licensee. # this family is the leading native California family and are very well connected and are valuable connection in the future.
