He also did not tell us about Swans attack. There is no need to send him any power.# the President of this Company Mr. Porges is in Vienna we wrote to him to that the maximun time we can {---?} Austria for our reply and Swan of Shall wire you for the answer. Please respond as quicly as possible bec. Swan is going to go ahead with the same suit Germany# Swan has made an application against our principal Lamp Patent in Germany and wants to do same in Austria. TAE marginalia "If you read the remarks of the Chairman of the Swan co at its last meeting you will see that steps are part a system of harassing and coersion to scare you into a consolidation [?] which should never be made the biz? Amm--? That consolidation is better that fighting not applicable to everything as it is shown by our experience here where ---? Siz w management last words are illegible."
