- Editor's Notes
- Sending you today copy of the provisional order which we've applied for; get TAE to read it carefully. Too late to make alterations in method of charging. Lawyer says the Act doesn't permit us to sell light as we're only competent so mfg electricity but we're aware of the importance of this distinction. Another difficulty is Olrick's report stating that 1000 cu. ft gas produces 3000 standard candles; tests show it's more like 2700 or 2800 but TAE told me it's only 2000. I've told the PO that the higher figures would be with absolutely new burners. To settle the question in practice we're taking photometers around the PO to measure light actually emitted.
