"When Mr. White was in America you were good enough to express to him the hope, that you would be able to relieve us of a considerable quantity of the stock of dynamos on hand here, or lying to our order in America, and also to write us to similar effect. As we have not since that time been able to materially reduce the large stock then held, we should be glad to learn whether you are yet in a position to take any of this machinery off our hands. We refer especially to the C dynamos lying in New York and to the L and K sizes in store here."
