- It will probably be interesting to know that the progress made in the ship lighting by the slow speed dynamo is of considerable commerical value. The profits anount to 10,000 profit being 15% . Contracts with Admiralty for Serapis and Crocodile. The commsioner has worked with House of Commons and to doubel it dispensing with gas altogether in the precints of the House. The division lobbies prime ministers, cabinet room retiring places are all to be lighted by us for which wil be about 3000 pounds and utilise some of our old machines. # in re the genral question on the ship lighting we will hopefully have the english fleeting in our hands. The trial of the TAE lamp is on board of the "Nevil" , disscussion the 36 ton gun, nd the armour plated target the lamp needs to withstand the impact of the air to be successful. # the provisonal orders to have the passed the third reading of the Lords and the royal assent is to be received today.
