- Editor's Notes
- Letterhead of Waterhouse, Winterbotham & Harrison # I have been wanting to give you information about the constitution of the Board of the Staff of the Co. Some of the important details have been settled. # MajoR Fload Page was appointed secretary to the company and he will have control of the Central board. He thinks highly of your system. * Dr. Fleming had been appointed the head Electrical engineer to the Company. # we hoped that John Lubbock did not feel he could devote his time to being chairman , so W.Forbes will take the chair.# the former Edison directors are Lord Anson, Shelford Bidwell and W.F. Leyland and Arnold White.# Every effort has been made to keep Mr. Stewart and W. Sewell and vice chairmanship was offered to Mr.Wade. These men stated however that they did not have enough time to watch over all the interests that the board need to watch over. . # WE expect to proceed vigorously with an action suit against one of the lamp infringers at the beginning of the new year due to the new Patent act that passes last session .
