Will mail details.# the tube company materials were bought by absoute contract anf they are not in the habit of supplying us with cost . It has been out rule to accept their bills right along where a figure has been given on certain amount of work. They accomadated us however by giving us a detailed bill which as above stated has be sent forward.We cannot consider this a suffcent justifacation for witholding you remtitance. # My private secretary Insull will be in London and will call you about any further business.
