- Editor's Notes
- [from Delafield, WI] One of Eaton's conditions for local reps was that they be willing to act "at once" if estimates justify it. Regarding the condition in canvassing various cities such as St., Paul and Minneapolis and getting the contract out there first. Further discussion of the Southern cities; their heaviest capitalists will be in the north just now. Willing to go there if it will do any good. # the St.Louis contract will be closed in September. Question of whether the southern states (incl Atlanta and Galveston) were assigned. If we can show a diviidend of Central Plant in NEW York it will be a great help in closing other contracts.
