- Letterhead of the Empire Hosue Ohio Dyer had a long talk with Mr. F. Shumacker this afternoon. He is the owner of large Elevator and Flour and Oat Meal Hill and also the Windsor Hotel. He wants 150 lights in the Elevator and his office. He asked Fairbanks to submit an estimate, which he is possesion of- He is now aritng for an estimate form the Brush Company, Clevalnd for Swan lamp and Storage Battery plant He favored the storage Battery and Swan System. Mr.Shumaker was positive the Storage Battery is just what Cleveland Co. needs. Dyer thinks the installation Company had the control of Ohio.Should insull get a duplicate copy of estimate that Fairbamks submits. Mr. Shumaker authorized me to write to Mr. Stuart to see if he wanted to say anything before shumaker decided onan system for his Elevator. He thought our Central Station System was good but must have light in his elevator in the Hotel Windsor. However Our comeptetion will be the Swan lamp and Battey people . Please sen d a price list for our dynaoms I have beben asked the price but thought it better to be ignorabnant than to off gues. He then provides a list of towns he has canvased
