- 19 page letter. Undue criticism about what I have done at the staion. Regarding the wiring and the automatic regulator and his own business. I believe this criticism come from your assistant. Anything that was said to Jenks and Garrison was in answer to their questions and was supposed to be unofficial. I have never had to do anything with inside wiring. I was not my business. Whe I saw what was happening I knew the increased expense would be unecessary. Disagreement re the preesure wires , ideas given to decrease expenses. Examines techinical problem at Shamokin lamps and the Johnson work. Diagrams given.
