- Letterhead of Chadborn and Coldwell MFG Beefcutters Newburgh Regarding the fact that he and his wife do not have any children and are aware that there are men coming to town to beign laying the main for central stations and if they want to board at there house for $5 a week if is room and convenient to whether they will be and and it will be first class boarding. Huges has marginalia on the bottom which is faint but basicallty states it is a good idea.
