Abstract

Says he spares no effort to get exact estimate in every instance. Is doing much walking. "This is a splendid field for a Central Station Plant. I find out every night on returning to the Hotel that some well known citizen has called for that 'Electric Light Man." Same man is pres. both of arc light and gas co's. Arc light co is a "fizzle."
