Title
[D8352M], Letter from Arthur B Johnson to Thomas Alva Edison, July 19th, 1883
Editor's Notes
The real estate agent whom we procure for referals lots for reports today that lot no. 1 turns out to be only 30x 80 and that we can now buy more lamps on either side of it. I have been offered $5,500 for the whole lot. I don’t think we will get more than those figures. TAE marginalia " $5500 is a rather large sum to pay for a lot. Your people the there most be rolling in wealth. I have an idea that we should not pay over $2000 for all the work (?)
