LH Ed Elec Light/CS System for PA/Shaw # Jenkins asked about locations of mains, plans omit Curtin and Linn sts, are important and should be covered, J has not rec'd maps of 800 plant, he is supposed to control this extension, no plans to erect buildings and no one to do it so treasurer has taken it on "This seems very strange after the many assertions of the construction dept of their ability an dcapacity to proceed to this matter in a business like manner. I am greatly annoyed" complaints from all quarters except Hazelton
