- I believe the complaint about the belt is that it was spliced & every revolution shows a flicker in the light - I know nothing personally about the belt being replaced except what the engineer says I know it was understood that there was some things put in the staion temporarly especially the engine & that was to be replaced by another, but we have no complaint to make against it - In regard to water supply, I will say that we have made arrangements with the water company it will be in operation by the 1st of Jan [TAE - tell Marr to have his Engineer write us all about that belt]
