Letterhead Western Electric Company NY. Welles the western electric representative reported that there was a fast electric pen press in 1881 in Paris that would make a 1,000 copies and hour. Welles requests purchase price of this pen press. TAE marginalia "There was a press shown there. A party in NY got it up. A 1st class thing. Don’t know the address party you can get it by looking over patents for press".
