Letterhead of Guion Mail Steamer AlaskaSherman has been most exemplary in his behavior and has not ventured to approach me except I should by some misadventure happen to call him. The light on the ship is not worth a Damn. If our plant on the Oregon works no better when I am on the return trip than the Alaska plant does, I shall feel like quitting this life.
