[D8368C], Report from Edison Ore Milling Co Ltd, January 16th, 1883

Item

Abstract

Directors report to Ore Milling stockholders. Little progress in gold/silver-bearing ores. Update on Quonocontang operations; difficulty finding a market because of numerous small particles, which necessitate great heat to work it. Shipping mishaps. Decision to reduce ore price rather than run it through 2nd time. Sole customer was unreliable so closed works and removed seperator to NY. But at least now the process has been fully tested and experience gained. Concludes with summary of expenses.
