Discusses experiments on small meters. Not clear what he's doing, but it seems to involve reversing current in lamp circuit while trying to avoid flicker. Shunt circuit won't work---can't "change" (polarity?) fast enough to avoid flicker. Finds "differential is only perfect system to work it." SEE N150103 of same date.
