- Just now got chance to analyze grounds on which priority for magneto telephone awarded to Elisha Gray (enumerates 3 arguments). Think you could get impartial hearing before Board if you appeal there. If you think somebody else should prosecute case before the board you will have to find that somebody. But your presence & ability to explain would be more effective than any argument.
