Title
[D8370ZBL1], Letter from James U MacKenzie to Pond Indicator Co, Thomas Alva Edison, July 30th, 1883
Editor's Notes
Letterhead of the Pond Electrca Signal Co, NY Enclosed pleae find notice from Brandon of Paris in regard to the patent of Pond which were sold to the P.I. Co. of Europe and are their property. In the absence of Col Goddard, Mr. Pond and myself the matter will be attended to. We also request that patents with the power of atty are given to us with the same options in the early part of 1882. This is so that Col can deal with Dr. Derz without a delay. TAE marginalia "send for Mackenzie and have letter drafted calling on proper patents pay?" Faint marginalia on reverse unable to read.
