Editor's Notes: Regarding the request of Mr. Mackenzie that Navarro sends a list of of the Ponds & Mackenzie patents in which the annuties are due. Bottom of list encloed letters, tax notices, and working notice from Brandon to Mackenzie all dated 7/30/83. Also letter from Mackenzie to TAE. In regard to foriegn patents the taxes should be paid on them if needed. The French patent has worked, Mr. Ponds is still working until it expries Oct. 29. TAE marginalia "wait for Insull".
