- Refering to your letter of 26th, asking me to act as counsel in appeals from the recent of Primary Examimer in speaking speaking Telephone Interferences, I have deferred answer owing to a like application simultaneously form the other parties in interest rendering it desirable to see them so as to avoid possible misunderstanding. Having done this I am now free in the matter and will act for you wilth pleasure. Please in good season have your patent atty communicate with me.
