We enclose the agreement of the liscense for use of the patents for locomation which ave been approved by you. Please execute it in the presece of one witness and obtain the correction[?] of Mr. Fabbri and Mr. Lowry [tr---m] ? it to us. A part of the of the Argument will be sealed by the Company and shall be sent to you in due course. TRHe 3rd years duty on the English Patent #3894 dated Sept30 1880 falls due on the next Sept 30th. This Patent refers exculisvely to locomotion and we will to inform you that the English Co[?] propose to keep it in force if you wish it kept in force. Contact us or with Mr, Hartford.
