Title
[D8370ZDC1], Letter from Richard Nott Dyer to Samuel Insull, October 23rd, 1883
Editor's Notes
The English patent covers automatically registraring balances plate meter. The patent will probablly be dropped by th eCentral Co also since TAE has advised the Co. to use its own discretion. Not much is left in the Patent in England by reason of bt reasonb of the earleiur patent of Sprague. The US patent is earlier than the English patent and hence no damage can be done to the US company by failure to pay the taxes in England Cable the English Co. in order to drop the patent and that you don't have to pay the tax..
