- The enclosed letter and press copy form Mr. Serrell in regard to some the claims made regarding the peculiar form of battery in combination with the flexible conductors, a magentic motor, and a preforating pen in regard to the elctric pen patent. In this country such claims would only cover the battery and be used in combination and would not cover it when it was used with other devices than those named in the claim.
