"I have just heard from Philadelphia & my friend can do nothing with Seyfert, who says the levy [Menlo] has been made & matter is now drawing interest. I therefore suggest you appeal again if possible & perhaps that will make them more pliable if another 6 mos or 9 mos delay is threatened."
