- Editor's Notes
- As the regular monthly meeting of the Council of the Institute was not held on the 2nd inst, owing to the lack of a quorum, the President has authorized me to request your attendance at a special meeting to be held on the 9th inst. (Tuesday) at 8 p.m. at the House of the Am. Soc. Civ. Engrs, 127 E. 23rd St. It is important that the business awaiting attention should be disposed of. Twenty four gentlemen have been balloted for, and the vote has to be canvassed, while several others seek full membership.
