- In regard to the brackets being used in connection with polse we beg to say that Tiffin is the only installation where we we will use this form of attachment. # we are using in other points short cross arms which will be made much stronger and take up less space. At some point we have you run through alley and where it is impossible to use the old style of cross arms our new arrangement obviates this difficulty. These brackets at Tiffin will some day have to be changed. Are there many of them in use?
