- There is something defective in the reading of the volts. You state there were 118 at the end if the feeder and 111 at main in the station now there is a 48000 circular mileage [mils?] in your main at station and if all the lights were on there would be only 3 percent; please explain this. If you tone down the light gradually customers will not notice it and get the right volts.
