We have letter from Fall River in which states that some very bad work performed in the construction of the station which put them to some trouble and expense with all the water piping to the bearings. They were in leaky condition and the more than half of the work had to be done over again. The drain pipe was also fillled with saw dust and oil and completely clogged. These defects cause a big delay.
