Title
[D8416AFD], Letter from Alfred Ord Tate to Thomas Peters Conant, January 17th, 1884
Editor's Notes
WE have written to Mr. Bergmann about the copper wires to the 12 light zincs. We see there is no need to do this and we wont in the future. In regard to safety catches for poleslines, the leads should have had copper terminals affixed to them but we sent by Bergamn and Co. before this was done. Ere this letter reaches you will be in receipt of proper leads Please return to others to the Electric Tube Co. # the lighting arrester was fowarded to Tiffin. In relation to the use of pargon cable for service wire you should change this as quickly as possible and introduce proper wire in its place as it not at all adapted for the purpose for which you are using .
