- We have your letter regarding busted armatures returned to Soldan. Iin his defense, the armatures which he refers to as coming in b the same express are armatures whose commutators have worn out. We are collecting data to show that of bursted armatures at least 80 percent comes from Chicago and also other data will perhaps open your eyes to the fact that your men not reached that height of perfection you believe they have.
