[The Imperial Insull] My contract with you calls for 800 light plant, which is what I've supplied. To guarantee you plant would be to make me responsible for proper fulfillment of their duties by other men; "If I was going to run the plant I should be perfectly satisfied to guarantee it." Don't understand your reference to promises of our advance agents, who've never been to Bellefonte. Send me payment as per contract.
