To guarantee you plant would be to make me responsible for proper fulfillment of their duties by other men; "If I was going to run the plant I should be perfectly satisfied to guarantee it." Don't understand your reference to promises of our advance agents, who've never been to Bellefonte. Send me payment as per contract.
