Abstract

"Mr. Stuart is off his oar. I have never refused to sign the Piqua contract. All I have refused to do, is to sign a contract which I know nothing whatever about." Discussion was in my absence and Tate is in Canada, so I asked to wait until he returns. I write him today, and work is going on irrespective of signing the contract.
