[D8416AUK], Letter from Samuel Insull to Ohio Edison Electric Installation Co, Archibald B Stuart, March 7th, 1884

Editor's Notes

WRT the stack we need to hear from Rich before replying. New brushes are on the way. New equalizers will be put up when they are finished as will pressure indicators. The Carboy will be allowed for when we come to settle with the Tiffin Co. Please bear with us on the roof. Gutters and water-spout will be attended to immediately. We will make allowances at final settlement on the wiring. We are waiting on our man's report on lamp breakage. We are always anxious to rectify troubles. You are in error that we guarantee the lamps. We do not. The contract does not call for us to run the plant for thirty days. We charge for 30 days training by our experts. I do not doubt these various matters can be adjusted both to our satisfaction and that of the local company. I will visit and we will try to better in the future. We hope that you will continue to lay your complaints before us fairly and directly.
