- Editor's Notes
- [Consider for selection] We are pissed you complained about us to Eaton. Sorry about the trouble; our people here were at fault for changing the contract, but I was 3000 mi away. The only reason I didn't sign the contract is that the man who was here is away. I note your remarks about the Construction Dept beoming remarkably sensitive in its contract business. The reason is that experience shows us we must protect ourselves. When I remembered this contract was with Ohio Installation Co instead of the local illuminating company of Piqua, I signed it immediately and sent it on the 5th. I can't believe you think we fear you will take advantage of us. We reciprocate your ideas that our interests are mutual.
