[SELECTABLE] "Referring to your letters to myself and the seveal manufacturing concerns which I control, and which arrived during my absence in Florida, I beg to inform you that I would prefer to pospone giving the information you ask for until I have had an opportunity of discussing the matters in question with Mr. Villard, chairman of the committee apppointed by your directors to consider the subject of re-organization of manufacturing."
