[D8416BNP], Letter from Samuel Insull to William Symes Andrews, May 6th, 1884
Editor's Notes
Insull has observed Conant’s method (at Newburgh) of keeping an exact record of amperes and pressure every half hour in the station. “Cannot you have the same record kept for a few days inevery station where you have men?” Also wants “exact life of lamps at every station where we have our new pressure indicators up.”
