reply to 5/29 and others “Mr Stuart wrote me asking me if I would be willing for him to make proposals to you [Leonard], with a view of going into a more extended field in connection with central station work, and I have replied that I saw no objections whatever, and if you should come to some arrangement with Mr. Stuart, I shall be only too happy to assist you .. with such advice as you may need.
