Has finished an air pump they spoke about at Pullman and offers it to TAE. A. P. Lanterman of Lanterman Bros. Chicago Knife Works. TAE marg: "Dear= the guages are all of glass & very delicate they would [at?] commence to measure 1/10 but from 1/10 of a millimeter upwards--"
