Enclose bill for a part for Piqua and expenses for man to Piqua. He found none of Edison's men there, no shipping list, no one who knew about boiler or would load same, the whole thing laying out doors with at least some parts missing. Your men's bill for boiler is to hand and wil remit for same early next week.
