- Report of the Committee of Three regarding plan for reorganization of the Edison lighting companies. [/BUSINESS/] 20% interest in shops to be sold to EELCo and another 20% to Isolated. Isolated Co. to be principal company operating both isolated and central station biz. EELCo to have smaller management staff. Discusses meeting with Edison on this subject and his opposition after initial support. TAE feels management of company needs to change first. TAE wants EHJ to take over Isolated Co. Still negotiating over manfuacturing interest. Should consider for selection.
