Minutes of Board of Trustees. TAE, Kruesi, and John R. Campbell named in cert of incorporation filed 13 Feb. 1884. TAE as chair and Insull as Secy. Read cert of inc into minutes, then approved bylaws, election of officers: TAE Pres, Insull Secy, Kruesi Treas. Office of manager of works to remain vacant for present. Kruesi moved and it was approved that the corporation purchase from TAE and Batchelor doing biz as Edison Machine Works, all property, stock, machinery, tools, etc, payment to be the full capital stock of the corporation. Secy to be paid salary of $600/yr. Tomlinson appointed counsel. Next meeting set for first Tuesday in May. [/BUSINESS/]
