Santiago. Memo on renewal lamps, Edison Electric Light Co royalty. Lamps do not always come up to guaranteed life, many arive with carbons broken, & some with [missing] boken. Why not make a fixed some on all lamps for isolated work leaving me to pay for breakages, failures in guarantee
