- 65 Fifth Av. In TAE hand Instructs Tomlinson to draw up agreement making Stewart agent to sell isolated plants, and form companies to erect central stations in various parts of chile except the cities of Santiago & Valparaiso. He is not to contract any debt in TAE's name. All goods, salaries, and "fares of experts to Chile in case of a central station plant" must be paid for in NY in cash before shipment "My risk ends at Nyork when the good have been shipped." Allows Stewart $600 travel money "to get there" and gives him power of attorney to take orders, but no power to make TAE liable for anything. Stewart to get 33 1/3 of the profit coming to TAE after the Light Co is paid and actual cost of machinery is deducted.
