- Regarding the comments about Porges and Bailey and the Founder shares. Batchelor comments that the light co would have reason to grumble when they knew they had borrowed the people for 250,000 for his own and could not get for the light co the 200,000 fthey demanded . Porges claimed he has used the whole of this for the benefit of the "Light in Europe which I cannot believe at all.
